Asuka won the battle royal on SmackDown Live to earn a place in the championship match, and made it a triple threat match. This latest addition could only mean WWE crowning her as a new champion of the women's division on the blue brand.

Also, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair both are hot favourites to win the Women's Royal Rumble next year, thus this rumour might actually come true.

On another note, one should keep in mind that Lynch never got to compete in her highly anticipated match against Ronda Rousey at Survivor Series due to her injury, while Charlotte Flair and Rousey are not done with each other.
