Ricochet has been gaining a ton of momentum recently, with victories over the likes of Cesaro and Robert Roode. WWE's management seems to be high on the high-flyer and the sky's definitely the limit for him. Ricochet is set to face the current US champion, Samoa Joe, at WWE Stomping Grounds.
Many officials backstage admire Ricochet and his work, and Ricochet's stock has been rising and his momentum keeps increasing with every passing week. There's a strong possibility that Ricochet dethrones Samoa Joe en route to winning the US title and subsequently wins his first title on the main roster.
A win for Ricochet would do wonders for his career on the main roster. Joe's done a pretty good job as US Vhampion, but I believe that Ricochet has the potential to be a fighting champion. Joe vs Ricochet will definitely tear the house down, but a win for Ricochet will catapult the youngster's career to the stratosphere.
