It is quite evident that the Raw roster represents heavyweights and big guys while the SmackDown roster represents great in-ring performers who are not as physically imposing as their Raw counterparts.
Perhaps this is why Balor sticks out like a sore thumb in Raw and is just not able to fulfill the criteria to succeed on Raw. Maybe he is just stuck in the wrong place at the wrong time and it might be the best decision for him to make the switch to the blue brand. After all, SmackDown is called the "land of opportunity".
