#1. Is ready: Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns is the man who would have been the WWE Universal Champion now had he not pulled out of WrestleMania 36. He was set to face Goldberg in a "spear vs spear" match but was withdrawn from the match after rumors emerged of him falling slightly ill during the Performance Center tapings ahead of WrestleMania 36.
There was a lot of concern, as Reigns falls into the category of more vulnerable people in the COVID-19 pandemic. However, he put to rest any of those rumors after revealing that his wife Galina Becker was pregnant with twins.

This likely means that Reigns is going to be out for a while longer, but we wouldn't be surprised to see him challenge for and even beat Braun Strowman to win the Universal Championship.
Reigns and Strowman had an incredible feud in 2017 - proving to be each other's best rivals. Strowman has given credit to Reigns for helping him become the performer he is today and if they were to run back their feud, there's no doubt that it would be incredible.
