The two legends wrestled what is even today hailed as the greatest match of all time at WM 25.

Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker are two of the greatest performers in the history of WrestleMania. While one was ‘Mr WrestleMania’, the other was indeed WrestleMania’s Phenom. Michaels met The Undertaker for the first time at the 25th anniversary of WrestleMania.

The two legends wrestled what is even today hailed as the greatest match of all time. And, after a classic that lasted 30 minutes, The Undertaker caught Michaels mid-air and delivered a Tombstone to emerge victorious.

In the Slammy awards function the same year, Shawn Michaels challenged The Phenom to another showdown at WrestleMania XXVI. The Undertaker stated that he would fight Michaels if the Showstopper was ready to put his career on the line.

So, the Streak Vs Career match was formalised, and the two icons battled it out in the ring once again.

The match went back and forth like a pendulum. And finally, The Undertaker delivered a Tombstone and three seconds later, the career of one of the greatest performers in WWE history came to an end, with Michaels becoming The Undertaker’s 18th victim.
