'RUSEV DAY' has become one of the most popular chant in WWE. Rusev is already way over with the fans and desperately needs a title around his waist. It looks like WWE isn't interested in giving him mid-card title, so tag team title makes perfect sense.
Aiden English has improved a lot since he joined up with Rusev and their singing performance is very well loved by the crowd. On the other hand, New Day has already won tag team titles several times and it's time for someone new to be in the spotlight. 'RUSEV DAY' generates one of the best pops in WWE, and giving them the titles would definitely be best for business.
