The WWE SmackDown exclusive Clash of Champions pay-per-view has just finished! We saw a new United States Champion crowned, Charlotte and AJ remain at the top of their respective divisions and Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn keeping their careers intact with a little help from Daniel Bryan.

More importantly, however, we get another episode of the sorely missed 'Talking Smack.' Here's a recap of what went down on the post-Clash of Champions 'Talking Smack'.

Still the Tag-Team Champions: The Usos

After a brief recap of the Fatal Fourway in which The Usos retained their Tag-Team Championships at the expense of Rusev Day, The New Day and Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin.

They sang the 'Lock Down' song the Usos debuted on the show before explaining that 'Day One Ish' isn't just merch it's a lifestyle. They then go on to discuss some of the tag-teams on SmackDown LIVE such as Rusev Day who are gaining momentum, and The Bludgeon Brothers who seem unstoppable since their debut.

Regarding the Bludgeon Brothers, The Usos said they were going to duck and dive until the time comes that they have to face them. However, they did say that in 2018 they would take on all comers, as it's getting 'boring at the top.'

The Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn Show

Renee and Sam briefly discuss the tag-team match with Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan as special guest referees, before we're treated to scenes of Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens celebrating keeping their jobs.

They say that they knew that Daniel Bryan would do the right thing, before continuing to celebrate their victory.

Charlotte joins the show

Incredibly Charlotte managed to retain the title despite only having one ally in Naomi for her Lumberjack Title defence against Natalya, that saw practically every other Superstar on the SmackDown LIVE women's division take chunks out of the champ throughout the match.

She joined the show looking a bit bruised and battered but indicates that she knew she'd be a target but gave 110% on overcoming the odds and managed to do it. She then mentions that everyone is a threat now, before hinting that Becky Lynch could be returning soon.

Charlotte finishes her interview by stating that she wants to become the AJ Styles of SmackDown LIVE and sell Pay-Per-Views just because her name is attached to them and then addresses that she's proud of her wrestling lineage.

SmackDown LIVE is still the house that AJ Styles built

AJ Styles retained the WWE Title against Jinder Mahal in a brutal match that saw the 'Modern Day Maharaja' truly throw the 'Phenomenal One' around. However, in an unexpected moment Styles opens his Talking Smack interview by giving credit to Jinder Mahal for not really using the Singh Brothers to his advantage.

Styles then talks about some of the more interesting moments during the match, such as the use of the springboard 450 splash, saying it wasn't the smartest thing to do, but he was trying to put Mahal away. Styles also talked about the technique of the Calf Crusher Submission Move, including the use of the roll-through to get Mahal away from the ropes.

Styles then goes on to say that Jinder Mahal's title picture run might be over as it's time for new challengers because 'The Modern Day Maharaja' has had his chances.
