Would The Undertaker ever show up in NXT?

Making his debut in 1990, The Undertaker has been part of every single show WWE has ever produced, except for NXT, which is the developmental brand of WWE. When RAW first aired in 1993, The Deadman was in the main event of the very first episode. 'Taker appeared on the very first episode of SmackDown in 1999 as well.

NXT has come a long way since its inception in 2012. This year has been spectacular for the Black & Yellow brand as it has moved to USA Network, which also broadcasts RAW. NXT is currently a two-hour show, and goes head to head with AEW's Dynamite every week. Given NXT will be part of Survivor Series this year, NXT's stature has risen more.

Despite being the developmental brand until very recently, a lot of main roster Superstars have appeared on NXT. John Cena, CM Punk, and Randy Orton made special appearances in the past. Chris Jericho wrestled a match against Bray Wyatt only a few months before Bray debuted on WWE television. Randy Orton had a match on the Black & Yellow brand as well, when he wrestled Damien Sandow. Much more recently, AJ Styles led The OC in an invasion of NXT. Since The Undertaker has never been in NXT and WWE is trying to make the brand a legitimate third brand instead of "just developmental" -- and Undertaker appearance would centainly go a long way.
