The Undertaker has a special place in the hearts of the WWE Universe. The Phenom has been part of the company for three decades, participating in several memorable matches.
Known for his dark character, The Deadman is certainly one of the most intimidating characters WWE has ever produced. With mainstream popularity, The Undertaker has been a household name for years. The 54-year is no longer a full-time performer and wrestles only sporadically, performing most recently in a tag team match at Extreme Rules.
The Deadman has been taking souls and digging holes for decades, achieving numerous incredible feats. However, there are a couple of things The Undertaker is yet to achieve, despite having such a lengthy career. In this article, we will find out three things The Undertaker hasn't done in WWE.
#3 The Undertaker has never won the Intercontinental Championship or the United States Championship
Being in WWE for such a long time, The Undertaker held multiple titles in his career. The Phenom is a seven-time Tag Team Champion, winning the titles with four different tag partners, and coincidentally, he's held the WWE Champiohsip seven times as well. The highly decorated main event champion Undertaker even won Hardcore Championship, if you can believe it.
Despite having such an impressive resume, The Undertaker has yet to win two major titles in WWE, the Intercontinental Championship and the United States Championship. These titles are a pair of the most belts prestigious in the entire company. The Intercontinental Title has been held by a number of legendary names, from Randy Savage, Ricky Steamboat, Bret Hart, and Mr. Perfect to Shawn Michaels, Razor Ramon, The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin. It has existed for The Undertaker's entire run with the company and he's never held it. He's only challenged the Intercontinental Title three times, twice against Goldust and once against Triple H, failing to capture on all three occasions.
The United States Championship has been active in WWE since 2003, which means it was available for the last 10 years of his full-time career. The Deadman, although he did at one point feud with wrestlers who were holding the US Title (most notably MVP in 2005) never actually challenged for the title.
