WWE champion AJ Styles and Samoa Joe locked horns at the Hell in a Cell and they had a noteworthy match. But the match had a controversial ending. AJ Styles tapped out when he reversed a Coquina Clutch from Samoa Joe but the referee did not notice it. Therefore, Styles was declared the winner of the match and Joe was furious about the decision.
Afterwards, he demanded a match to Smackdown general manager Paige and she announced that there would be a WWE title rematch on Smackdown Live this week. It is expected to be a top-notch match between the two elite superstars of the Smackdown. However, AJ Styles has been the WWE champion for more than 300 days and he is anticipated to defend the belt successfully.
