#2. Keep him away from The Fiend
Something WWE should avoid doing is slotting Roman Reigns in the Universal Championship picture anytime soon. Ever since returning after battling leukemia, Reigns has been in the mid-card scene helping the likes of Rowan get established. Fans have been behind Reigns more than ever, and it might all do down the drain, if he feuds with newly crowned Universal Champion The Fiend.
If the feud does happen, Reigns may start getting disliked by fans again for obvious reasons. First, The Fiend is the hottest character in all of WWE, maybe even all of wrestling at the moment, and anyone who goes against him is likely to be booed. A feud with Wyatt would ensure that Reigns would take a huge hit to his newfound popularity.
Second, Reigns doesn't need to be Universal Champion right now. He's been away from that scene for a while now, and that should continue. Not only does it allow fresh characters a chance in the spotlight, but it also allows fans to yearn for Reigns to make his way back to the top.
It's only best for Reigns, if creative keeps he and The Fiend apart - at least for now.
