A pure bad boy moment

It was unfortunate that in the summer of 2015 Seth Rollins had to vacate his WWE Championship due to a knee injury that sidelined him from in-ring action.

However before Rollins' injury occurred, he was pegged to defend his WWE title against Roman Reigns at Survivor series 2015, but now that the company's top prize was without a champion, WWE decided to book a WWE Championship tournament that would conclude with a new WWE Champion being crowned at the Survivor Series event.

Unsurprisingly enough the man that won the tournament was Roman Reigns, but The Big Dog's title reign did not last for more than a couple of minutes, as Mr. Money in the Bank Sheamus cashed his briefcase to capture his fourth WWE Championship.

While this was a terrible booking decision by WWE, the desired of reaction Reigns being the underdog babyface that had his title taken away from him was not clicking with the WWE Universe, as sarcastic chants from the audience summed an unsuccessful attempt by WWE to make Reigns look sympathetic.

However, no one could have predicted that Sheamus vs Reigns rematch at TLC 2015 was going to tear the house down, as they were performing in front of a crowd that wanted nothing to do with the match.

From broken tables to ladders shattered in half, the Boston natives were ready to witness the Reigns break Sheamus in half and win the WWE title, but once again Reigns was cheated out of his opportunity by the League of Nations.

And what ensued after the match might have been the best version of Roman Reigns WWE never touched on again, destroying referees, security and the COO Triple H. Reigns lost his mind, delivering a violent ass kicking, and in turn Boston went wild relishing in the perfect version of Reigns they never saw before - a no nonsense bad-ass.
