If there's one thing that's for sure when you're watching WWE's weekly television show, especially as of late, it's that there needs to be a massive overhaul creatively, as some of the current wrestlers aren't being used to the best of their ability.

Some of the most talented people on WWE's roster are currently wrestling the good guy role despite the fact that they'd likely be more effective if they were playing the heel.

Just simply turning a superstar babyface or heel won't immediately turn things around creatively, but with the right long-term planning, the following three WWE superstars would be some of the most effective heels on the current roster.

It's also worth noting that all three of the following WWE stars are fantastic at being the good guy, but all of them probably should be turned at some point in the near future.

#3 Finn Balor

Unfortunately, WWE hasn't done much with Finn Balor for the majority of his run on the main roster, likely due to the fact that he was badly injured right at the beginning of his initial Universal Championship push. In fact, it was heavily rumored that the company was all-in on making the ex-NXT Champion one of the most important characters on the Raw brand.

While Finn Balor is an incredible babyface, he was an even better heel during his years in New Japan Pro Wrestling, and if WWE is able to let him have a bit of creative freedom in the future, he would almost certainly thrive as a heel.

Obviously the perfect scenario for this was already botched, as WWE could've launched Balor's heel run when he reunited with Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, but unfortunately, the Balor Club angle wasn't long for this world. So, if he is to go heel in the future, he'll likely do it all on his own.

#2 Bayley

Prior to Bayley being brought up to WWE's main roster, the common belief was that she had the potential to become the female version of John Cena, as she was extremely popular with kids during her run in NXT. Unfortunately, that didn't translate to the main roster due to a multitude of reasons.

But now that Bayley has just recently acquired the SmackDown Live Women's Championship via a Money in the Bank cash in, it's the perfect time to turn the longtime babyface heel.

The idea scenario would've been for Bayley to be alongside Sasha Banks as the Women's Tag Team Champions, as the two of them would've made for a fantastic heel duo. But, at least for now, if Bayley is going to turn to the dark side, she'll be doing so without a partner.

But whether it's with someone or on her own, there's no denying that a heel turn would be something that could, and probably would benefit the current SD Live Women's Champ greatly.

#1 Roman Reigns

As time goes on, more and more boos are starting to fill the arena when former WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns hits the ring. Of course, some always expected that the polarizing nature of Reigns' character would return at some point following him announcing that he'd once again won a battle against his leukemia.

Prior to him leaving WWE due to the illness, many believed that the company should turn him heel, as his run as Vince McMahon's top guy hadn't been going according to plan for quite some time at that point.

But now that he's returned, and now that the negative reactions are starting to filter back in, it could be the perfect time to shock the WWE universe by turning the ex-Shield member heel, perhaps alongside The Usos, as the three members of the Samoan wrestling dynasty would undoubtedly make a fantastic heel trio.
