There are many rumors that suggest that Roman Reigns will continue to be the WWE Universal Champion for a long time since the company has worked very hard on him and his title pursuit. They could use the fact that fans will surely be expecting Reigns to win, and instead put Strowman over the top.
This could boost Strowman’s image, the fans’ image of the company, and the Universal Title’s value all in one go. In case they want to have Reigns’ as the champion, they could easily make him hold the title again after a victory at a future PPV.
