Given that the first time this happened it was an accident and not at all a planned spot, plus lots of people including the Undertaker and Terry Funk thought Foley was dead, it's unlikely that the WWE will look to recreate it anytime soon.
Still, when you're in the ring with 'The Big Dog' and 'The Monster Among Men' anything can happen. And maybe this time they can plan it a little better and make the whole thing a lot safer.
