3 ways in which 2019 can be fruitful for WWE

The 'Game' Takeover!
The 'Game' Takeover!

WWE is the land of opportunity and with the recent changes in the company, we can expect some amazing things to take place as 2019 has just started.

With the McMahon clan taking charge of the WWE, it is a possibility that the company may usher in the era of 'The Game' Triple H who currently works with the WWE as the COO, and is also responsible for some of the biggest changes and challenges that have happened in the landscape of the WWE over the last few years.

With NXT & NXT UK taking center stage and making way for up and coming performers, it is certain that the company will have no problem in terms of the talent because of the fact that almost every performer wishes to work with the wrestling juggernaut somewhere down the line.

We have seen many wrestlers return to the squared circle after fighting in promotions worldwide. With the likes of Bobby Lashley returning to the squared circle in 2018, it is only a matter of time before they make their way up the ladder and are given the opportunity to fight for the Universal Championship.

2019 has already seen a difference in terms of the programming because in the past few years we haven't seen pre-announcements about next week's show being done. If the company decides to step up and create new ways to keep audiences engaged, here are the ways to do so:

#1 Triple H takes charge

Time to play the game!
Time to play the game!

Let me confirm that I am not discounting Vince McMahon's efforts in making the company a great place to work, or his ability to keep fans involved or entertained. I think that Triple H has shown his ability to run the show and also keep fans glued to their tv sets through NXT.

The show may run for one hour, but it has a lot of possibilities. With the wrestlers at FCW now getting an opportunity to showcase their talent to the worldwide audience through NXT, Triple H has paved way for great competition. The show has fewer talks and more action inside the squared circle. If Hunter takes charge, he will give the fans value for money.

#2 Buy other promotions

Curb Competition, Increase Value!
Curb Competition, Increase Value!

Do you remember how Vince McMahon and his team had a meeting with Impact Wrestling officials in 2018? During the year there was news that WWE may be planning to buy Impact Wrestling, but all of that was put to rest when it was revealed that the meeting was done to get access to some Impact Wrestling Library which could be utilized during WWE programming.

Despite the discussion not reaching its ultimate result, it is always a good idea to either buy out your competition or take them out of business, and Impact wrestling could be the first one, because they haven't been doing well over the last few years. This would also add more talent to NXT as well as WWE programming, which is a good idea for the company. Watch this funny response from the chairman when he as asked about buying TNA:

#3 Expand horizons

Unknown Territory, Unrealistic gains
Unknown Territory, Unrealistic gains

WWE have made a mark worldwide, and their work has been lauded for the sheer creativity and perfection. Over the years the company has recruited wrestlers from worldwide promotions, and if they wish to expand their horizon, it is always a good idea to recruit the best from any country.

The company has recently done a WWE tryout in Chile and will be coming to India during 2019, to select potential wrestling Superstars to train at the WWE Performance Center. This vivid approach will be helpful in creating value for the company, and also have a mix of styles from Mexican to Chinese and Japanese as well as other options.

It is always a good idea to have a mix of wrestlers in your company, rather than just one style.
