Even if a global expansion seems like a strong idea, it will be hard to determine whether this system will work or not since different territories will have to primarily work within themselves.

As for now, SmackDown Live will move to the FOX network as part of a five-year contract that begins on October 4, 2019. Not only will the brand be changing channels, but it will also move from Tuesday to Friday nights.

It will be interesting to see how far they can take this idea since it is evident that money garnered via TV deals with USA Network and Fox (also, the WWE Network as its own separate entity) creates more room for experimentation.

However, if there is one thing we hope WWE takes under consideration, it is that by viewing all WWE brands as equals, they should not forget that RAW and SmackDown still has a huge hold over the majority of its fan base, and it will be harder for audiences to tap into other WWE territorial content if their flagship shows are not delivering in the first place.

To summarise, Triple H's creative vision for WWE seems bold and interesting, however, it is important to remember the roots of what made the product so popular in the first place.
