It was a good show

The fans were excited for RAW Reunion this week, and WWE didn't let down the WWE Universe. Following a stupendous episode of the red brand, the blue brand also delivered a good episode. SmackDown Live had some impressive matches and segments this week.

Three new matches got confirmed for SummerSlam this week. Kofi Kingston chose to fight Randy Orton at SummerSlam, and the two men had an impressive segment on the blue brand this week. A match between Bray Wyatt and Finn Balor was finalized for the biggest show of the Summer. Shane McMahon accepted the challenge of Kevin Owens, and the two Superstars are set to face each other at SummerSlam.

Charlotte Flair suffered a shocking loss against Ember Moon. Apollo Crews tussled with the Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura, and the latter was victorious. While Kofi Kingston faced Samoa Joe in a singles match, Shawn Michaels was the special guest of the Miz TV.

Shawn Michaels had a memorable night at RAW Reunion when DX teamed up with Seth Rollins to have a brawl with the Club. After that, the WWE Hall of Famer appeared on SmackDown Live. As a matter of fact, he was a special guest on Miz TV.

While the A-Lister was having an interesting interview with Michaels, Dolph Ziggler interrupted the segment. The Show-off also appeared on the Miz TV last week. Things got heated between Ziggler and Michaels as the latter called the former a "Second Rate Shawn Michaels wannabe". Ziggler surprised everyone when he delivered a vicious Superkick to Michaels.

Judging by the segment, Ziggler is likely to fight the Miz at SummerSlam, however, Michaels could be part of this rivalry. Considering Michaels was knocked down by a Superkick, he will be seeking his revenge.

Ember Moon and Charlotte Flair were scheduled to square off on SmackDown Live this week. A large number of fans speculated that the Queen would be added to the SmackDown Women's Championship match after beating Ember Moon. However, it didn't happen and we witnessed a major surprise. The nine-time Women's Champion got pinned by Ember Moon, and the match was short.

Though Bayley distracted Charlotte, the victory was certainly a confidence booster for the Ember Moon. Following the match, Moon delivered an Eclipse to the Queen. Bayley also ate an Eclipse, and Moon certainly sent a strong message to the SmackDown Women's Champion.

Not many women have managed to defeat Charlotte Flair. Moon will certainly have some momentum before heading to SummerSlam. Since Charlotte is not part of this the SmackDown Women's Championship match, she is likely to face a big name at SummerSlam as she hinted it in a backstage interview on this week.

#1 The new Bray Wyatt's first appearance on SmackDown Live

There is no denying that Bray Wyatt has been the focal point of WWE after making his in-ring return last week. The Fiend assaulted Finn Balor on RAW last week, and, the assault continued this week. The Fiend also attacked Mick Foley at RAW Reunion, and the Hardcore Legend was taken down by his own maneuver.

Since Bray Wyatt returned with a new gimmick, the Firefly Fun House segments took WWE by storm. After nine consecutive episodes of the Firefly Fun House segments, it ended a few weeks ago. While a large number of fans speculated that the Firefly Fun House segments had completely ended, Bray Wyatt surprised everyone this week.

The former WWE Champion produced another episode of the Firefly Fun House segment this week but it was on SmackDown Live. Therefore, it was the first appearance of the new Bray Wyatt on the blue brand outside of reruns of previous Firefly Fun House episodes.

Since The Fiend attacked Balor last week, the latter challenged the former at SummerSlam. On the Firefly Fun House episode this week, Bray Wyatt accepted the challenge and the two men are set to collide at the biggest show of the Summer. It could turn out to be a dream match if the Demon decides to fight the Fiend at SummerSlam.
