3 WWE alliances that could form after the 2020 Draft and 2 that will not

#1 Possible alliance: Jeff Hardy and Matt Riddle (WWE RAW)

Jeff Hardy was drafted from WWE SmackDown to WWE RAW as the #10 pick on the second night of the 2020 WWE Draft.

As for Matt Riddle, he was chosen by WWE RAW as the #8 pick in the same Draft Pool, which means we could potentially see the two WWE Superstars join forces on a permanent basis on Monday nights.

Shortly before the 2020 WWE Draft, Riddle took to Twitter to reveal that he was a huge Hardy Boyz fan growing up.

He also mentioned that he wanted to team with Jeff Hardy before the roster changes took place.

On reflection, it is clear now that Riddle only posted that tweet in order to set up the tag team match between himself and Hardy against The Miz and John Morrison on last week’s WWE SmackDown.

However, that does not necessarily mean that a full-time alliance between the two men on WWE RAW should be ruled out.

The babyface Superstars certainly worked well together in their debut match as a team. Hardy took out Morrison with a Twist of Fate, allowing Riddle to hit the Bro Derek on The Miz to pick up the victory.
