WWE legend The Undertaker was buried alive at Survivor Series 2003, marking the end of 'The American Badass' character. The Undertaker returned at WrestleMania 20 to exact revenge on Kane and brought back The Deadman in the process. For the next 16 years, The Undertaker donned the persona of The Phenom. Many fans were fine with the gimmick, but there was a bunch that wanted to see The American Badass make his return.

The Undertaker defeated AJ Styles at WWE WrestleMania 36
It finally happened at WrestleMania 36, where The Undertaker took on AJ Styles in a Boneyard match. The match was a cinematic presentation and was heavily lauded by the WWE Universe. In the end, The Undertaker buried Styles alive and rode off into the sunset on his bike. The WWE Universe got to witness The American Badass once again, and WWE did an incredible job with the match as well. This match will quite possibly go down as The Undertaker's final outing, as he finally called it quits at Survivor Series 2020 in what was dubbed his 'Final Farewell'.
