The ending to the match saw Triple H eliminating Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose to win the WWE World Heavyweight title. The Game had become the top Champion with WrestleMania mere weeks away, and Roman Reigns was hell-bent on taking the title from him.
At WWE WrestleMania 32, Triple H met Reigns in the main event of the night, as around 1,00,000 fans watched in awe. Reigns was still a polarizing figure at this point, but his Spear on Stephanie McMahon during the match led to a loud chorus of cheers. Reigns finally defeated Triple H to win the WWE World Heavyweight title. It was clear as day that WWE wanted to make Roman Reigns the biggest Superstar in WWE, and thus Triple H put him over at the biggest stage possible in front of thousands of fans.
