Batista won the 2005 Royal Rumble match by last eliminating John Cena. It was teased for a while that he would go to WWE SmackDown to compete for JBL's WWE title. Batista made his intentions clear on an episode of WWE RAW, by attacking Triple H and announcing that he would face The Game at The Show of Shows.
At WrestleMania 21, Triple H failed to retain his belt, and Batista won the World title for the first time in his career. Triple H's generosity didn't end here though. He was quite aware at this point that the new generation was here to take the helm, and did everything he could to put Batista over. Triple H went on to lose to Batista again at Backlash 2005. He finally lost to Batista inside Hell In A Cell at Vengeance, thus putting an end to the feud. Triple H had done his job of making Batista a star, by the time this feud came to an end. Batista went on to become one of the biggest Superstars of his generation and won several World titles.

He has interviewed prominent pro wrestling personalities like Noam Dar, Angry Miz Girl, Brendan Cobbina, and Jesse Lambert. Abhilash is a big fan of AEW star Orange Cassidy, as he believes the former International Champion’s on-screen gimmick of an extremely lazy guy resonates with him.
Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
When not reporting on pro wrestling, Abhilash likes to work out, go on walks, read, and explore new eateries.
