#3 Rusev
Rusev is one of the biggest superstars to make an impact in WWE, but one has to feel that he has been drastically misused.
He has been partnering with Aiden English on SmackDown Live and it feels as if this pairing has now run its course. Rusev should be challenging for a title and it doesn't look as if he will be a contender for any of the titles on SmackDown Live.
It certainly does not make sense that he has not featured in the main event scene on a more regular basis. Rusev is a wonderful athlete and the WWE Universe has taken a liking to the superstar as well as the now famous "Rusev Day" chant which WWE is not capitalising on.
If the WWE is keen on keeping Rusev paired with Aiden English, it would be a good idea for the duo to challenge for the SmackDown Live tag team titles. They could also enter into a feud with The New Day or The Usos to build up some momentum before they eventually challenge for the tag-team titles.
Although Rusev did get a title shot against AJ Styles at Extreme Rules, he hasn't walked away with the championship belt. The feud between Rusev and Styles needs to be pushed for as long as possible, with Rusev eventually winning the gold.
