#2. Should win: Sasha Banks

Sasha Banks' time on the main roster has been a mixed one, to say the least.
A huge star in NXT, Banks moved up in 2015, being signed to RAW in the 2016 draft, with things looking hopeful. On the first RAW of the new era, Banks captured the RAW Women's Championship from Charlotte Flair, her first of four reigns with the title.
Breaking Vince Russo and Jim Cornette update HERE.
Unfortunately, all of these reigns have lasted mere weeks, with her last one being just eight days. This has definitely hurt the Boss, who hasn't gone near the title picture in over a year and isn't expected to anytime soon.
Winning the 2019 Women's Royal Rumble would be a huge shock for the WWE Universe, and would allow Banks one more shot at the RAW Women's Championship, and if successful, would hopefully have a decent reign.
