#2 Current storylines will be now put on a shelf or will get scrapped

The Shield storyline has been rushed, as witnessed this week on Raw

Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins were once again reunited as The Shield this past month on Raw. The reason for this move of WWE was believed, they wanted to generate sympathy for the former Universal Champion.

The on-going storyline of The Shield was meant to end down the road somewhere. The plan was all along to turn Dean Ambrose heel on Reigns and Rollins to help them build as a much bigger singles star.

But their storyline has been rushed, as witnessed this week on Raw, Ambrose has already turned heel attacking Rollins. This turn in the character of Ambrose has not benefit Reigns as planned after his announcement which tells us that the original plan for this storyline has been possibly scrapped.

Also, it was rumored that Drew McIntyre is in line to face Roman Reigns for the title but this plan of WWE has been possibly put on a shelf or scrapped after Reigns heartbreaking announcement.
