4 Best WWE women wrestlers other than the 'Four Horsewomen'

Four Horsewomen

Shasha Banks, Baley, Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch; collectively known as The Four Horsewomen are regarded as the biggest reasons for the women's revolution in Wrestling and rightly so. They have given their everything to the company.

When they were in WWE NXT during 2013-14, they made sure that the women roster gets as much attention as men roster. That is the reason when they debut in the main roster, all at the different time, of course, all eyes were on them. But these women are not the only reason for such a magnificent turn in the history of women revolution. It is a process that has long started in the past and is still going on in the present.

Follow Sportskeeda for the latest WWE news, rumors and all other wrestling news.

With that said, let's look at other wrestlers who are currently best in the company apart from the four Horsewomen, and who are equally part of the women's revolution. Before reading further, remember that I have picked wrestlers based on their overall attributes that WWE looks for in a wrestler, that is, their in-ring performance, dialogue delivery skills and overall entertainment value.

#4 Natalya

Natalya arguably has the best technique in all of the women's division right now. She joined WWE in 2007 in a developmental territory and finally made her main roster debut in April 2008 in Smackdown as a heel and has never looked back ever since. Over the years she had made several changes to her character playing both babyface and heel.

She had countless feuds and matches in her long career and is still continuing. She had to be out of the WWE due to several injuries many times but has come back even stronger. That is the reason she became the first women to have held both Divas and SmackDown women's championship. She may not have been the face of the company at any time in her career but her consistent performance and hard-work have helped her in earning a huge fan base.

Right now, she is a part of Raw roster playing a babyface who is involved in a feud with Alicia Fox and Alexa Bliss along with Ronda Rousey. She is having great matches regularly even now and another title reign is not far away from her.

#3 Alexa Bliss

Little Miss Bliss has had everyone on her fingertips

Alexa Bliss' heel work throughout the year has been incredible and fans genuinely hate her, which is the whole job of playing a heel character. She may still need some improvement in her in-ring ability but she more than makes up for it in her promos and the way she sells her matches.

Even WWE thinks in the same way, that is why in her career in the main roster that spans just over three years, she has been able to hold the Raw women's champion three times and Smackdown women's champion two times. She is one of the few WWE superstars who is having a great year so far.

Her feud with Nia Jax during Wrestlemania 34 was incredible in which she played the bully. Her ongoing feud with Ronda Rousey has also too much potential in which she is addressing Ronda as an overhyped rookie. She is also scheduled to face Trish Status in WWE Evolution, which everyone wants to see because she is regarded as the next Trish Stratus.

#2 Ronda Rousey

Ronda is natural in pro-wrestling. It just took her few months of training before making her in-ring debut at WrestleMania 34, which showed us a demo of what we can expect from her. She has already established herself as the face of the company in less than 7 months since coming to WWE for the first time.

She is currently Raw women's champion and we can expect a long reign from her.

Her feuds against Stephanie McMahon, Nia Jax, and Ronda Rousey were extraordinary and she knows how to sell a good match. She may need some work with her promos, but if she can come this far with just a few months of training then maybe in a year she can improve in delivering promos too and besides according to Dev Meltzer, she will probably be paired with Paul Heyman soon, so maybe she would not need to cut promos at all in the near future.

#1 Asuka

Asuka has a long list of achievements in her resume. In the independent circuit in Japan, she has literally won dozens of championships. When she finally joined WWE in 2015 as an NXT superstar, she already had a huge fan following in Japan. Asuka made her Raw debut in September 2017.

If she had joined WWE in 2013-14 when the 'Four Horsewomen' were also in NXT, she could have easily become the 5th Horsewomen. She also had a 914 days long undefeated streak to her name which eventually, Charlotte ended by defeating her at Wrestlemania 34.

Despite being a great wrestler, she has now starting to fade away from the limelight because WWE focuses on one storyline only for women's roster. Right now they are focusing on Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair's feud and that is why Asuka is not even seen on the show anymore. But, if they book her properly, she can take the whole company to new heights and that is why she is the best women wrestler in the company right now.
