Randy Orton faced Kofi Kingston at SummerSlam, but he could not become a 14-time WWE Champion. As a matter of fact, the match ended in no contest as both men couldn't beat the count out of the referee. Last week, Orton made it clear that the feud will continue.

Orton was at his best on SmackDown Live last week when he made a massive statement. The Viper and The Revival faced The New Day in a six-man tag team match. Following the match, Orton viciously attacked all the New Day members. Orton gave two RKOs to Kingston, while Xavier Woods and Big E also received one each.

Orton certainly made it clear that he will be chasing the WWE Title after a disappointing match in Toronto. There is no denying that The Viper has been the toughest challenger for Kingston till date and he is competent enough to dethrone the current champion. Being a fighting champion, Kingston might ask Orton for a rematch at Clash of Champions and the match could get confirmed on SmackDown this week.
