This week's episode of Raw contained a number of botches
#1 Why wasn't this a disqualification?

Finn Balor had quite the night on Monday Night Raw
Braun Strowman took on Finn Balor this week on Raw just days before Balor challenges for the Universal Championship at The Royal Rumble, in what was a strange match as Brock Lesnar looked on at ringside. Strowman threw Balor into Brock Lesnar at ringside at one point and the Champion delivered a suplex on the outside, but even though the referee saw the move, he didn't call for the disqualification.

Interestingly, the match then continued and Brock was forced to involve himself to stop Balor defeating Strowman, but this time when Lesnar delivered an F5, the referee called for the bell. This made it clear that the match wasn't a no-DQ match so the question remains as to why WWE didn't have the referee distracted at the time or why they put that move in the match, to begin with.
