WWE Superstar Liv Morgan successfully defended her newly-won Women's World Championship against Becky Lynch in a Steel Cage Match during the latest episode of Monday Night RAW.

However, what happened after the match became the show's most talked-about moment. Liv shockingly kissed Dominik Mysterio, potentially setting up the perfect scenario for Rhea Ripley to return from injury and get back at Liv.

Until Rhea makes her comeback, Liv will need credible contenders for her title. In the meantime, here are a few names who could challenge Liv Morgan for the Women's World Championship.

#4. Sonya Deville

Sonya Deville and Liv Morgan have a lot of history together. They have battled in No Disqualification Matches and Street Fights, and they even battled for the Women's Championship when Liv was the SmackDown Women's Champion.

Their familiarity with each other could make for a compelling storyline. With Deville recently returning from injury, WWE could push her into the title picture and revisit their rivalry.

#3. Kiana James

After spending two years in NXT, Kiana James was called to Monday Night RAW during the WWE Draft a few weeks ago. She has yet to make an impression on the main roster, and a possible title challenge for the Women's World Championship could be a great way to introduce her to the WWE Universe.

This scenario could benefit both parties involved. Liv Morgan could secure a strong win to bolster her title reign, while Kiana James would gain a high-profile program to kickstart her main roster career.

#2. Lyra Valkyria

Lyra Valkyria has made an impressive start to her career on the main roster. The former NXT Women's Champion was one of the stars called up during the WWE Draft.

She defeated competitors like Dakota Kai, Zoey Stark, and IYO SKY to advance to the Queen of the Ring tournament finals. Despite her defeat in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, her confidence remains high.

Lyra could be on the horizon of a potential program with Liv Morgan for the Women's World Championship. Aspects of her relationship with her mentor, Becky Lynch, could motivate her to dethrone Liv, who won the title by defeating Becky.

#1. Former WWE Women's Champion IYO SKY

IYO SKY has had an outstanding last 12 months in the company. Last year, she won the Money in the Bank briefcase and captured the WWE Women's Championship at SummerSlam. She held onto the championship until WrestleMania 40, which she lost to Bayley.

SKY has since been drafted to RAW from SmackDown along with her Damage CTRL stablemates. She recently crashed out of the Queen of the Ring. However, she would be determined to reclaim her position at the top of the women's division on RAW.

Given her impressive track record, IYO SKY would be an ideal challenger for Liv Morgan during her title reign.
