The current NXT Women's champion Shayna Baszler has been progressing well. Moreover, she has defeated all competition. At NXT Takeover: Brooklyn IV she will compete with Kairi Sane for the NXT Women's Championship. Her path of destruction began in late 2017. She would attack Sane on December 27th. Her actions prompted a reaction from Ember Moon.
At NXT Takeover: Philadelphia Baszler defeated Moon becoming champion. Baszler has been unstoppable since becoming champion. Her fighting background has proven valuable.
Eventually, she will be defeated. However, her credentials will generate more championships in 2018. Perhaps Baszler will debut on Raw or SmackDown Live. Nevertheless, Baszler has a bright future.
