#3 Different tiers of wrestlers developing

There are the workers, and then there are the women who could end up being the face of the company

The women's division has progressed immensely and grown in size. What that does is that it follows a natural progression, and the wrestlers are divided, some become stars and are capable of main eventing the PPVs, while the others are great workers, and work the mid-card.

In the women's division, that has slowly started to happen, with the superstars who can carry a main event slowly starting to separate themselves from the mid-carders. For instance, wrestlers like Charlotte, Becky, Ronda, and to an extent Asuka have established themselves as wrestlers who are capable of carrying the main event on their shoulders, and are definitely in the top tier of wrestlers in WWE right now.

It would be interesting to see what path the likes of Bayley and Sasha Banks follow, but for now, they are still stuck in the mid-card.
