After The Miz was injured during his match with Dolph Ziggler, Shane McMahon had to step up and defend the honor of the blue brand.
Shane did a pretty awesome job, but in doing so, he made Baron Corbin angry. Corbin is a very dangerous enemy, and he might decide to invade SmackDown and seek retribution for Shane stealing the victory and the trophy from Dolph Ziggler.
The feud might culminate at Survivor Series where Baron and Shane could captain their respective brands. This will be the latest reincarnation of the battle for supremacy between RAW and SmackDown, and Shane looks poised to lead his team to victory.
This storyline would also have a surprising element because of the relationship between Kurt Angle and Baron Corbin.
