4 Surprises that can happen on SmackDown Live

Last night's episode of RAW was an okay show but for a post-Superstar Shake-Up episode it was a little disappointing, especially the continuing Brock-Roman saga.

It's time to look forward to SmackDown. A lot could happen on tonight's show including some big debuts, not to mention Miz and Daniel Bryan finally facing off.

Let's take a look at 4 surprises WWE could pull off.

#4 Big Show returns

The Big Show is close to being fully fit once again and 7-foot WWE legend is close to a return. RAW's roster seems pretty packed right now and it looks like a better option for Big Show's return could be on SmackDown Live.

New Smackdown GM Paige could be interested in adding to her roster and signing a legend like the Big Show seems to be a no-brainer.

Could Big Show return to WWE television as soon as tonight?

3: AJ Styles low blows Shinsuke Nakamura

When Shinsuke Nakamura lost to AJ Styles at WrestleMania, something flipped inside him. He's repeatedly attacked AJ Styles since then almost making the low blow a signature move of his.

Nakamura attacked AJ Styles last week and there's no reason why he won't try again tonight days ahead of their match at the Greatest Royal Rumble event. Could AJ turn the tables tonight?

2: Andrade 'Cien' Almas debuts as a babyface

I want to stress that this would be a terrible idea but this could still be possible, seeing that the SmackDown roster is really heel-heavy at the moment.

Almas was one of the best heels on the NXT roster and his pairing with Zelina Vega is a match made in heaven. However, if Almas' NXT run has taught us anything, Almas debut run as a babyface flopped badly.

I'm not saying that Almas isn't ready to be a babyface now, after getting used to the WWE's style, but he's gold as a babyface.

1: Miz hires Big Cass as his bodyguard

Daniel Bryan will finally be in the same ring as The Miz tonight when Bryan appears as a guest on Miz TV. The Miz avoided Smackdown last week and it's clear that he is at least a little afraid of Bryan.

The Miz needs some insurance and hiring Big Cass as his bodyguard could do the trick. Cass nearly booted Bryan's head off his shoulders at the end of SmackDown last week and the guy clearly has it out for Daniel Bryan already.

A perfect fit.

Add to that, Big Cass did his best work paired together with a smaller guy who was fire on the mic, and The Miz is a HUGE step up from the last one he was paired with.
