4 Surprises that can happen on the RAW before WrestleMania 34

The RAW before WrestleMania could have a couple of surprises in store for us.

The biggest of them isn't really a surprise at all by this point, as it concerns the Undertaker's response to John Cena. Another surprise that could be in store for fans is the identity of Braun Strowman's tag-team partner.

Let's take a look at possible surprises.

4: Rey Mysterio is revealed to be Braun Strowman's mystery partner

We still don't know the identity of Braun Strowman's mystery partner. Unless his partner is revealed at WrestleMania itself, we will find out his identity next Monday on RAW.

Elias was originally rumored to be Braun's mystery partner at WrestleMania initially. However, Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated recently said that Vince McMahon wanted Rey Mysterio as Braun's partner if Rey could get medically cleared.

This is pretty unlikely at this point but stranger things have happened.

3: Roman Reigns gets destroyed again

Brock Lesnar has had Roman Reigns' number for the last couple of weeks on RAW. After beating the snot out of a handcuffed Reigns, Brock followed it up by destroying Roman once again earlier this week.

WWE are doing a fantastic job of building Roman up as a sympathetic figure as we inch closer to Mania, mainly because WWE know that a large part of the Mania crowd will be inclined to boo Reigns. This build will definitely negate some of those.

As far as the go-home episode is concerned, it only makes sense that Brock lays out Roman once again to keep building on that sympathy.

2: Jeff Hardy returns

Jeff Hardy was backstage during last week's episode of RAW. The week before that, he made a brief cameo near the end of the Ultimate Deletion.

Reports suggest that the younger Hardy is close to returning from injury. After Matt Hardy declared his participation in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royale last week, it is possible that Jeff could appear in a backstage segment to announce his entry into the Battle Royale too.

1: Undertaker finally responds and returns as the American Badass

John Cena has been trying his best to get The Undertaker to reply to his WrestleMania challenge, but to no avail. In Cena's own words, he said he wants his WrestleMania moment.

Well, come RAW, Cena will finally get his reply. There is no doubt what Undertaker's response will be but how will he deliver his answer?

My guess, he'll return following another Cena promo and then chokeslam him to make the match official.

And considering the aftermath of WrestleMania 33 and his cryptic promo on Raw 25, it would make a lot of sense for him to return as The American Badass!
