#3. Kevin Owens - Battleground 2017
Kevin Owens and AJ Styles actually had an interesting back and forth over the United States Championship, but their feud will shockingly be remembered as the one where Styles forgot to kick out at Battleground back in 2017 and awarded Owens a Championship that he was never supposed to have.
The match ended when Owens rolled through a crossface and managed to get AJ into a cradle, Styles was supposed to kick out but the referee was dazed and counted the three anyway. Of course, The Phenomenal One was livid after the match, but the referee can't really be held accountable when Styles didn't kick out of the move and was given a three count to do so.
It was made apparent that the ending was a botch given Styles' reaction, but at the time many fans believed that an audible was called and they changed the winner at the last minute.
