The SmackDown Women's Championship and the SmackDown Tag Team Championships were both defended by the same superstars at WrestleMania 34 and WrestleMania 35.

The Queen Charlotte Flair had put her SmackDown Women's Title on the line against the undefeated Asuka at last year's WrestleMania. While at this year's grandest event, the 8x Women's Champion defended the blue brand's top women's title in a ''Winner Takes All'' match, also involving RAW Womens Champion, Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch.

In the same way, the Samoan twins, Jimmy and Jey Uso had battled in a triple threat match versus the New Day and the Bludgeon Brothers, with their SmackDown Tag Team Championships at stake. At the following WrestleMania, The Usos defended the titles in a fatal 4-way match against the team of Ricochet and Aleister Black, The Bar and the team of Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura.
