4 WWE Legends Who Could Take Over As Raw GM In 2019

#3 - Matt Hardy

Over the weekend, Matt Hardy posted a video called "TIME TO GO HOME" which you can see above if you haven't already. To sum up the video, it looks like Matt's in-ring career might be over, although I wouldn't be surprised to see him come back after some time off for one more tag team run with his brother Jeff.

But if wrestling isn't in Matt Hardy's future, then WWE could use him as the new Raw GM. Also, to add something new to the position of authority role, he could do his "Woken" character, which would probably be a breath of fresh air.

Even if he doesn't end up using the "Woken" or "Broken" gimmick as the GM, he'd still be a great choice, especially if WWE didn't turn him into a heel authority figure.
