Dolph Ziggler is another star that makes up this list even though he wasn't scheduled to be inside the Hell in a Cell structure. Ziggler teamed with Drew McIntyre as they defended their Tag Team Championships against Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose and even though the duo was victorious, they still decided to get involved in the main event.

Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns collided inside the steel before Ziggler and McIntyre decided to involve themselves in the match and Rollins and Ambrose evened the odds. Ziggler and Rollins fell 10ft from the side of the cage and through the announce table before Brock Lesnar then made his return.

Ziggler was then looked at by WWE medical staff but refused actual medical attention despite obviously suffering a number of cuts and bruises. Ziggler did, however, leave the AT&T Center himself alongside Drew McIntyre.
