#2 Finn Balor
The annual Superstar Shake-up shakes things up (as it usually does) after WrestleMania. People get moved from one brand to the other. One person who is moving is Finn Balor, he will make his much-awaited arrival on the blue brand. Orton will want to take him out, given his disdain for fan favourites.
But Balor won't fall prey to The Apex Predator that easily. After weeks of mind games and ambushes, the two men will lock horns in a one-on-one match for the first time. It is an honest to goodness dream match. Given Balor's undeniable wrestling ability and Randy Orton's almost effortless fluidity and skill, it could easily be a top ten match of the year.
Balor will make his mark on SmackDown by vanquishing The Viper and becoming the new United States Champion.
