No Mercy 2017 was one of the most hyped B-PPVs in the recent past. It had John Cena take on Roman Reigns, and Braun Strowman challenge Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship. Braun stood tall over Lesnar during the build up promo segments, and he looked like a legit threat to dethrone The Beast Incarnate.
However, their match at No Mercy was very underwhelming to say the least. Brock kicked out of 4 running Powerslams, and ended the match with a single F5.
