Damien Sandow had multiple runs in WWE right from the early-2000s, however, nothing attained him more fan appreciation than being The Miz's on-screen personal assistant and body-double.

The former WWE Superstar was appreciated by the fans so much so, that when he threw The Miz out of the ring at Wrestlemania 31 in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal, he received perhaps his greatest pop of all time--something which he believes to be an incredible moment in his career and has credited to The Miz.

In simple terms, although Sandow's on-screen character's primary role was to sing praises of The Miz, no one can deny the fact that it was Miz who was actually responsible for putting over Sandow with the WWE Universe in a major way.

It's no secret that after breaking off from his team with The Miz, Sandow's career took a hit and he was subsequently released from WWE.
