We've heard the rumours for weeks, and now we're a step closer to it becoming a reality: CM Punk has been confirmed for a signing, in Chicago, just twenty-four hours prior to All In.
The show itself has already sold out with 10,000 fans set to attend, although you just know that they'll be tempted to have Punk pop up in some way, shape or form.
He hasn't been seen in a major promotion for over four years now, with his focus turning towards mixed martial arts.
Now, however, considering his link to The Young Bucks and Ring of Honor, it seems like Punk coming back is an actual possibility.
Some will jump for joy upon hearing that and others won't, but one thing is for sure, these latest developments have got people talking.
With that being said, here are five All In possibilities for CM Punk.
#1 Surprise Appearance
While CM Punk is obviously a draw, you could argue that they don't need to announce him beforehand even if they're planning on having him there.
The fans are probably going to show up regardless, and if anything, having Punk appear as a surprise will increase the interest for fans to attend if they run a similar event in 2019.
Someone could be cutting a promo in the middle of the ring, only for Cult of Personality to hit before Mr. Phil Brooks himself steps into the arena.
The crowd would go absolutely mental, which is pretty much a guarantee, and you could always have Punk hit a GTS to send the fans home happy.
We guarantee that would be more than enough to make the tickets worth it.
#2 Just A Tease
Nobody has officially come out and said that CM Punk will be appearing at All In, so maybe this is all just a big ploy?
Perhaps Punk really is done with all forms of professional wrestling, and he's only really interested in diving headfirst into mixed martial arts now.
It'd make sense given how bad his exit from WWE was, so maybe we should all just leave him be.
That isn't going to be satisfactory for his fans, though, who won't believe that an appearance at Pro Wrestling Tees is enough.
Obviously, there's no real way in which we can judge what is 'enough' by these standards, however, we can't gloss over the fact that people will be disappointed.
Cody Rhodes and The Bucks have dangled the carrot, and a lot of people believe they need to deliver.
#3 Impromptu Match
He's done it before in NXT and FCW, so maybe he can do it again?
The idea of an impromptu match, after four years, for someone like CM Punk, actually weirdly makes a lot of sense.
He's a guy who probably doesn't want any more fuss than is absolutely necessary, which we've seen in the last few days when he stated that he'd rather be the first fight on the Fight Pass prelims as opposed to being on the main card of UFC 225.
Anyway, in terms of this match, perhaps he could go against someone like Flip Gordon. After all, Flip has been desperate to get booked for months now, and it could be a nice return match for Punk.
Who knows, maybe if it winds up being his last ever professional wrestling outing, he could even put Flip over.

#4 Punk vs Omega
Just let us dream, okay? Just for a minute or two.
Punk vs Kenny Omega is the match we want, and it's the match we need. In many ways, it's the Best in the World vs Best in the World - and while seeing him face Okada would be equally as fun, it pales in comparison to the storytelling possibilities of Punk vs Omega.
Both guys are dynamite on the mic, and you just know they'd do everything in their power to make it the greatest match of their respective careers.
All In is being built up as something that is genuinely special, and in order for that to come to fruition, you need headline matches like this to go alongside Nick Aldis vs Rhodes for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship.
#5 Bullet Club For Life
The Bullet Club is arguably the most popular faction in the last decade of professional wrestling, alongside The Shield.
The group continues to grow both in numbers and in notability, with many drawing comparisons between them and the New World Order.
Yet, it feels like there's still one piece missing - and as you can see by the title, everyone knows what that piece is: Punk.
Right now it feels like the BC is a little bit disjointed, despite the pleas from Cody who continues to suggest that things are 'fine'.
If you want to really get people talking in a big, big way, then unveiling Punk as the new leader would send shockwaves throughout professional wrestling.
