Renee Young has noted since she was moved from the commentary desk that she was aware that she wasn't very good at the role. Young became the first full-time female commentator in WWE history back in the summer of 2018, but went on to leave the role just over a year later when WWE decided to shake up all of their commentary teams.
Look who just shut down all of Tony Khan's critics! More HERE.
Young moved over to host WWE Backstage, a role that she was able to step easily into. WWE Backstage was canceled last week due to lack of viewers and this could force WWE to send Renee back to her old commentary role.
Young could head over to RAW and replace Samoa Joe if the former United States Champion is ready to make his return to the ring. Whilst this is unlikely since Young didn't enjoy her time behind the commentary desk, the former Total Divas star could be set to make her return so that she can further improve her skills as a commentator.
