5 announcements that WWE's Renee Young could make on Wednesday

#1. Renee Young joining the active roster?

There was a rumor a few years ago that, when The Miz revealed that Renee Young and Dean Ambrose were in a relationship on WWE TV, it should have led to a mixed tag match.

Maryse and Miz were reportedly set to team together to take on Renee Young and Dean Ambrose at WrestleMania 33, before Nikki Bella and John Cena stepped in and took their place.

The storyline was playing out well with Renee slapping The Miz before Maryse stepped in to return the favor. Ambrose has since moved over to AEW, which means that Young would no longer have a tag team partner in WWE, but there's nothing stopping her from training and seeing if wrestling is for her.

It would make for an interesting documentary if her training was filmed before she was then able to make her main roster or NXT debut and make a decision on whether or not she wanted to wrestle or remain part of the company's broadcast team.

It's true that many times in the past, when asked about possibly entering a WWE ring as a competitor, Young has flat out stated she had no interest in doing so. But, stranger things have happened in the past, and she can always have a change of opinion.

Young already has a huge fanbase so if she did decide to make the switch then the WWE Universe would definitely be behind her every step of the way.
