Why not give The Fiend a tag team partner to help further his agenda?
Why not give The Fiend a tag team partner to help further his agenda?

WWE needs some kind of distraction after The Fiend's controversial loss, and putting him together with another wrestler and having them enter the Tag Team Championship picture is so out of left field that it might just serve as a worthy distraction. Not only can WWE tease a storyline of the sinister character manipulating another Superstar to "let him in", but it also opens the door for a run with the SmackDown Tag Team Championship, which could help rejuvinate the divison.

While might not sound as exciting as a continuation of his run as Universal Champion, you have to consider what The Fiend has proven to be capable of. Remember, the character has shown his ability to bend reality at a moment's notice and could easily creat chaos and havoc in the tag team division with that power at his fingertips.

The name of the game for WWE has always been unpredictability, and what happened at Super ShowDown was absolutely not what fans were predicting. Giving The Fiend a tag team partner and letting them run roughshod over SmackDown's best duos is a whole new type of unpredictabilty.
