#4 Triple H vs. The Undertaker - Super Show-Down 2018
It was built as the last ever match between them, and was it? As we are nearing the end of 2018 then I would have to say probably, at least in one-on-one terms. But was it a good way to go out?
Surprisingly, especially when you consider The Undertaker's age and limitations in the ring, the two battled it out for almost 30 minutes, and considering that both are merely part time performers, they had a damn good match.
The action itself probably wasn't as thrilling as the previously mentioned match between them from Smackdown in 2008, but seeing how that was 10 years ago, it is amazing they were able to go at the rate they did in this final encounter.
We had some back and forth action, steel chair and sledgehammer use, tables being broken and multiple finishers from both men. And with Kane in Taker's corner, and Shawn Michaels in The Game's, the two were able to provide some interference during the slow long moments of what otherwise would have been both men lying down.
Triple H came out on top with help from Shawn Michaels, and so ended the final one-on-one match between them. With the post match beat down from the Brothers of Destruction, one has to wonder if we may see a tag team match between them in the coming months.
