#3. Kevin Owens

It could be argued that Kevin Owens has his own issues at present since he's the man who's standing in The Monday Night Messiah's way right now, but that isn't enough to stop him from competing for the WWE Championship.

Owens is a former Universal Champion and has proved over and over again that he could be trusted to lead the company or at the very least be the man to step up to Lesnar in the Middle East. One of the only things that could hold Owens back when it comes to his Championship hopes is the fact that he refuses to travel to Saudi Arabia.

The former Champion told WWE that he wouldn't travel to the Middle East back in May last year ahead of Super ShowDown, and then wasn't part of the card for last year's Crown Jewel event either.

It's unknown as to whether or not Owens has changed his stance on travelling to the Middle East and if he has, why wasn't he the man given the match with Brock Lesnar.
