#3: The Undertaker said he would have loved to work with AJ Styles in a backstage moment at Royal Rumble 2018
One of the most intriguing aspects of witnessing The Undertaker's documentary play out is that it puts a meaningful context behind things that have already occurred recently.
The Deadman was unsure of what lay ahead of him around Royal Rumble 2018. He was present backstage in a different capacity, where Mark supported Michelle during the Women's Royal Rumble match.
We also witnessed moments like a brief encounter with Seth Rollins, and especially one particular time when Mark confessed that he would have loved to face AJ Styles in the squared circle.
Backstage, The Undertaker watched The Phenomenal One's Royal Rumble 2018 match on a screen, and compared him to Shawn Michaels, as many others have done over the years.
Just by looking at the screen, Undertaker was able to tell that Styles understood what this business was all about.
The irony here is that The Phenom referred to potentially wrestling AJ Styles in the past tense, as in the chances of that happening in 2018 didn't exist anymore. But, as we all know, both of them went on to have a critically acclaimed "cinematic match" at WrestleMania this year.
