Believe it or not, there was a period of time when The WWE Universe thought of Goldberg versus Roman Reigns as a dream match.. Some even billed it as the battle of The Spears and spent countless hours having discussions about who would win if the two ever went face to face.

Of course, that was before The Fiend lost The Universal Championship to Goldberg at Super ShowDown. However, the way that this dream match is being treated is still a little unfair.. Furthermore, it really hurts everyone involved, which is only serving to make things worse for the company.

In the end, this is a dream match and everyone needs to realize it. Yes, the circumstances have changed and it is now for The Universal Title, but that is just to help make it a crowning moment for Reigns. in fact, a win for Reigns probably wouldn't have been as big in any other scenario, which is why we all need to appreciate that this was the chosen path.
