#3. The resentment factor for Roman Reigns
A part of the WWE Universe is unhappy about what happened at Super ShowDown and while some are trying to paint this as the end for the company, it really isn't. Furthermore, between the heat the company has already built up around Goldberg as champion and the momentum they have behind Roman Reigns right now, this could be a blockbuster match at The Show of Shows.
Even though it might have come at the expense of The Fiend, at least temporarily, it's actually good in the long run for everyone. If you think about it longterm however, it is actually better to get The Fiend's big loss out of the way and rebuild the character for a more needed time period.
In the end, the WWE Universe now wants to see Roman Reigns destroy Goldberg at WrestleMania 36 and will finally accept him as their top guy when he does. As for The Fiend, he will likely get a key win at WrestleMania and not take a loss that would have ended his career. It also opens the door for the company to renew the experiment at some point, which will be fun to watch.
